Do we have a catalog?
Yes, we do. It covers most products with the exception of paper products. Please contact IbisCS if you do not see the product in the catalog that you’re looking for.
Do we have ”Specials” ?
Yes, we do – take a look!
How is an order or a custom order placed?
Custom orders are placed just as a regular order – via phone, fax, or email – however, if it is a “Hard to Get” or “Older” product, note that you will be contacted to let you know the product availability and estimated delivery date.
Do we have a policy for Product Guarantees, Returns, & Exchanges?
Yes, we do. It is the policy of IbisCS that if a product does not meet your requirements within the first 30 days after purchase, contact IbisCS for return instructions and arrangements to either exchange the product or refund payment. (Toner & Inkjet Cartridges & Printer ribbons: Note that most of these type of products have a one-year shelf life)
Exchanges: if the product is shipped incorrectly and was not the error of our vendor, then an exchange will be made with a product re-stocking charge;
How long between the time an order is placed and then shipped?
If orders are received before 1 p.m. PST and the products are in stock, the order will be shipped the same day, otherwise within 24 hours;
What type of shipping methods does IbisCS use?
Unless otherwise requested, we ship all orders via either UPS-Ground or FedEx-Ground.
Do we carry “Compatible” products?
Yes, for the toner & inkjet and ribbon products, we have brand, compatible & re-manufactured type products.
Do we have a program for the re-cycling of empty toner/inkjet cartridges?
Yes, we do – we’re very conscious to do our part in keeping the environment clean, so we do provide a method to recycle cartridges that is cost-free.
What are IbisCS’ payment terms and methods?
Our payment terms are Net 30 days. We accept checks, Visa & Mastercard.
